Project scope-$35M. 240,000 sf design center, conventional structure with curtain wall, six-acre site development. Hired 10 months after construction began, savings to owner $1.6M in life safety, MEP, and hundreds of thousands of dollars in offset losses.

VP of Development, Owner Rep, Project Manager for the “17th Street Marriott Renaissance Hotel.” Project Scope-$35M; 350,000 sf, 12-story, 233 key hotel with 12,000 sf banquet and meeting space, restaurant, lobby bar, four level 292 space parking garage, auger cast pile and pile cap foundation with post tension construction.
